
This 12-week Strength, Nutrition & Habit Coaching Programme is being held at Nova in Lyndhurst. It begins on Tuesday 28th April and runs for 12 weeks, with a one-week break on 2nd June, finishing on the 21st of July. Each weekly 1-hour session at Nova combines habit and nutrition coaching with guided strength training, designed to help participants build confidence, improve fitness and create sustainable lifestyle change. The first part of each session focuses on nutrition guidance, habit support and mindset coaching to help challenge thinking and support long-term weight management. The remaining time is devoted to a strength workout, using progressive overload principles to safely build strength and confidence. You will also receive access to the Boom app, including the programme workouts to repeat outside sessions, additional training options, progress tracking and a large recipe library to support healthy eating and weight loss goals.

Approximately 15 minutes of nutrition guidance, habit coaching and mindset support each week to challenge thinking and help create lasting lifestyle change.
Approximately 45 minutes of coached strength training designed to build confidence and improve technique.
Structured progressive overload strength programme delivered across the 12 weeks with 13 weeks access to the app.
Supportive small-group environment, ideal for beginners or those returning to strength training.
Access to the Boom coaching app for the duration of the programme.
Weekly session workouts available in the app so they can be repeated outside of class.
Additional workouts available in the app to complete between sessions.
