There was a time when I weighed 19 stone and felt trapped in my own body. Over time, I lost 10 stone - but it wasn’t just about the number on the scales. I worked hard to redesign myself inside and out, and I’ve learned to embrace the scars of my history because they tell the story of how far I’ve come. I used to hate exercise. The thought of it felt exhausting before I’d even started. Now, I can’t imagine my life without it. Movement has transformed not just my body, but my overall wellbeing and outlook on life. It’s given me energy, confidence, and a genuine love for looking after myself. For years, I’ve worked face-to-face supporting people on their own weight loss journeys. I’ve listened to their struggles, celebrated their wins, and stood beside them through every step. Now, I’m taking that same level of care, experience, and support online - so I can reach and help more people, no matter where they are. We all have that one life mission. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Boom membership at any time. If you're on a monthly plan, your access continues until the end of that billing period. If you've signed up for a discounted 3, 6, or 12-month plan, you’ll keep access until your term ends-no further payments will be taken.
What’s the difference between the 1:1 Coaching Membership and the Core Memberships?
1:1 Coaching Membership includes everything in the Core plan PLUS weekly personal check-in feedback, personalised nutrition and workouts which will evolve over time, tailored guidance, accountability, and priority support throughout your journey. Core Membership is a self-guided plan for those who want to follow the Boom programme independently. It includes full access to the Boom app, with structured workouts, recipe ideas, habit-building tools, mindset support, and progress tracking.
My calories look higher than I expected, will I still lose body fat?
Yes! It’s actually better to start with a higher calorie target, because it gives your body enough energy and leaves us room to adjust over time. Many apps use generic algorithms that often recommend very low calories, which aren’t realistic or sustainable. Here, your calories are calculated based on you, your lifestyle, goals, and progress so you can lose weight in a healthier, more sustainable way.
What if I'm using GLP1s?
No problem. We’ll help you maximise results with smart nutrition, strength training, and habit coaching so your progress lasts long after the medication.
Do I have to work out?
No. Exercise is encouraged because it supports your overall health and weight loss-but it’s not required. The programme is built to meet you where you are. You can start with small changes and add movement when you're ready.
