There was a time when I weighed 19 stone and felt trapped in my own body. Over time, I lost 10 stone - but it wasn’t just about the number on the scales. I worked hard to redesign myself inside and out, and I’ve learned to embrace the scars of my history because they tell the story of how far I’ve come. I used to hate exercise. The thought of it felt exhausting before I’d even started. Now, I can’t imagine my life without it. Movement has transformed not just my body, but my overall wellbeing and outlook on life. It’s given me energy, confidence, and a genuine love for looking after myself. For years, I’ve worked face-to-face supporting people on their own weight loss journeys. I’ve listened to their struggles, celebrated their wins, and stood beside them through every step. Now, I’m taking that same level of care, experience, and support online - so I can reach and help more people, no matter where they are. We all have that one life mission. Mine is to help people feel incredible, to give them back that spring in their step, and to make sure no one feels stuck or alone like I once did.
